and meet specific criteria.

Minimum Requirements

• $100,000 Cargo Insurance

• $1,000,000 General Liability

• EDI Capabilities Preferred

• Satisfactory Safety Rating (with the FMCSA)

Documentation

• Operating Authority

• W-9

• HazMat Certification (if applicable)

• HazMat 232 Security Plan Letter (if applicable)

• Customs Border Protection (if applicable)

• Minority Documentation (if applicable)
